Necessary Aid Alliance and other Youth groups share dinner with the British High Commissioner

Our Executive Director together with our Programs Coordinator had a dinner with the British High Commissioner to Ghana H.E Harriet Thompson at the Royal Cozy Hotel in Jirapa.

The meeting with vibrant youth led organizations included the CEO of one of the leading Tech Hubs in the Region Noni Hub and the Founder and co-Director of a promising Social Enterprise Inspired Legacy Enterprise.

The dinner meeting offered the High Commissioner the opportunity to engage the youth leaders on the works we do, the challenges we face as youth leaders and how we are overcoming barriers.

The High Commissioner was impressed with the content of knowledge and level of project impacts executed by us.  As social entrepreneurs, our job is always anchored on tackling the most pressing needs of society especially in rural communities.

She expressed so much interest in our collective related activities and thanked the youth leaders for leading an insightful and educating conversation over the dinner.

Present on the dinner table were the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office head at the High Commission, the head of Northern Ghana Development and the Head of Education at the High Commission.
